This document describes the terms of service and billing for the 24-7 recorded message and answering service. Below is the information in summary, and then followed by the information in detail.

In Summary:

-There is a recurring monthly fee.

-If you do not have an existing 800 phone number, and request one through us, there are additional per monthly and min. charges. These charges are subject to the providing phone company at that time.
-Forwarding charges may apply from your 800 or local number carrier.
-There are no charges for the optional pre-recorded message.
-There are $1.00 per Live Operator minute.
-If you chose to have calls forwarded by a live operator to you, there is a per minute charge of $0.50/min for the duration of the call.

-If you request an 800 and/or vanity number, there is a one time charge setup. There are no additional charges for 888, 877, or 866 numbers.

-You agree to let us bill your credit card monthly.

-We provide an itemized statement for you every month.

-You agree to pay us in a timely fashion.

-We outsource through a 24-7 Live Operator Company, they reserve the right to record calls for training purposes.

-You can cancel at any time with no penalties.

In Detail:

You agree to pay REI Office Solutions. Charges will begin accruing the date your first payment. You agree to pay REI Office Solutions all rates and charges. A subscription to the Service requires a credit card number for billing. By providing your credit card information, you grant REI Office Solutions to submit charges to that credit card number or to debit your bank account for your use of the service.

The rates per term for Service are charged in advance of the upcoming term of service. All usage charges for "per minute" rates will be billed in arrears based on actual usage. You acknowledge that the amount charged by REI Office Solutions may vary based on your usage of the Services. Direct billing is due upon receipt. Any unpaid charges after 30 days will be subject to a monthly service fee of the lesser of 2.5% of the outstanding balance. If charges applied to your credit card or bank accounts are rejected, REI Office Solutions reserve the right to assess a processing fee.

At the writing of this contract, per minute rates are: $0.00 cents per automated minute and $1.00 per Live Operator minute. Additional charges may possibly be made from your 800 number provider when forwarding a call, which may incur additional charges. You are responsible for knowing these charges. If your 800 number was provided by REI Office Solutions, you will be notified what those charges are prior to initial billing.

You will have access to a Statement of Account for each month that you incur charges, detailing your usage during that month. Unless you notify REI Office Solutions of any dispute regarding your Statement within 45 days, after the date the Statement was made available to you, or the due date if direct billed, the charges on the Statement will be deemed to be accepted by you for all purposes, including resolutions of any inquiries made by your credit card issuer, if applicable.

Cancellation

The Services will remain in full force until canceled by either party. REI Office Solutions may suspend, interrupt or cancel your service at any time for non-payment. REI Office Solutions reserves the right to cancel services for any reason, and you will be notified 7 days in advance.

Scripts & Pre-Recorded Messages

All scripts and pre-recorded messages (turn-key and customized by client) are copyrighted material by REI Office Solutions. These products are intellectual property of REI Office Solutions and can be distributed soley at their discretion.
